Dear Parishioners,
As many of you know, COVID infections are on the rise in our state so Governor Hogan issued new restrictions as of 5PM last evening. Even though, houses of worship were excluded from these restrictions, the Maryland Department of Health is limiting public gatherings to 25 or less.
Our attendance numbers at each Sunday service range from 25-40 since we moved to inside worship in October. Please know, we follow all the recommended protocols and have the air purification system in place. We remain vigilant and want to limit our gatherings to 25 for the next two weeks.
We ask that you “reserve” your space for this coming Sunday and next. If you plan to attend church services on Sunday, November 15 and/or Sunday, November 22 at 8 or 10AM, please notify the church office by email or voicemail (410-287-5522) of the number in your family, so we can plan accordingly. Reservations will close once we reach the 25 limit for each service. Please contact us by Friday at NOON to make your reservation. Please indicate your willingness to shift to another service time, if the reservations are full.
We continue to record our worship services and post to our YouTube channel for those who remain at home. We also have our “alternative” and shorter Wednesday 10AM service, with usually 8-10 in attendance, so we encourage you to consider that as a worship option too.
Please continue your prayers for those affected by the COVID crisis.
Blessings,
Fr. John
