Life Planning Seminar

A free Life Planning Seminar , sponsored by Crouch Funeral Home, will be held next Wednesday, October 23 from 6-8PM in the Parish Center.
Three experts—a pre-planning specialist Funeral Director, the local Register of Wills, and an Elder law and Estate Planning Attorney—will be on hand to answer questions about funeral planning, probate, wills, etc.
Seating is limited, so please register at 410-287-6166 (Crouch Funeral Home) or at our church office (410-287-5522) by Monday, October 21st.

Let’s have a tea party!

We will have a Queen Anne Tea on Saturday, April 6th in our Parish Center from 3:00-5:30PM!
Enjoy a delectable assortment of tea sandwiches and sweets, with a cup of tea, at hostess decorated tables. Good conversation with friends and live music will be part of this elegant event. Hats are optional but will add to the fun!
Tickets are $20.00 and proceeds will benefit Our Little Roses, a Honduran Orphanage for Girls. This event is co-sponsored by the ECW and the Mission Committee.

Opportunity to worship with our Diocese and Bishop Curry – March 3rd

Sunday, March 3rd at Noon at The Hyatt in Cambridge, MD.
Join fellow parishioners and your Diocese as we celebrate the 150th Anniversary of our Diocese with a special Celebration Eucharist. The Right Reverend Michael B. Curry, Presiding Bishop and Primate of the Episcopal Church, will give the sermon. This is a free event that is open to the public. We will arrange carpools, so SMA parishioners can attend. Please contact our church office by Feb. 24th if you can assist with a carpool or need a ride.

Help is Needed – Rotating Homeless Shelter

In our efforts to keep the homeless warm and sheltered this winter, we will help with the Rotating Shelter during the weeks of January 21st thru February 4th, 2019. Our NEUMC friends will be responsible from January 21-28th; and our congregation has the following week January 28th-February 4th.
Volunteers are needed to help with meals, check-in, activities, night shift, relief, laundry, set-up and take down.
Sign-up sheets will be in the Parish Center.  Michael Garrity can answer your questions.
