2:42 Men’s Breakfast – Saturday November 6, 2021

NOTICE: Be advised that the men of the parish are starting up again! After a long hiatus the invitation goes out to ALL men that the first back-together breakfast will be on Saturday, November 6, from 8 to 9:30 in the Parish Hall.

For any man that has not attended in the past, we serve up a delicious breakfast cooked by the men. We usually have eggs, meats, breads, coffee and tea. This season we ask for a free will offering to help defray the food costs.

The very talented and informative Dawn Rodenbaugh is this month’s guest. She will speak about the upcoming 2022 Garden Market, and how the men can participate.

We hope to see all the men at the breakfast. We have had wonderful times and are excited that we are starting up again. Have a blessed day and see you on November 6. If you have any questions, please feel free to text or call me, Bill Weisel at 443-553-2210.

Wreaths Across America

Saturday, Noon.

As in years past, we will decorate the gravesites of deceased veterans with beautiful fresh Christmas wreaths.

We will safely distribute wreaths to everyone who wants to decorate veteran gravesites in our churchyard. Due to COVID, we will not have an inside church ceremony. Instead, Fr. John will offer a prayer on Hoopes Court prior to the wreath laying.

Wreaths Across America–December 19

Wreaths Across America will arrive at our churchyard on Saturday, December 19 at Noon. As in years past, we will decorate the gravesites of deceased veterans with beautiful fresh Christmas wreaths.

We will safely distribute wreaths to everyone who wants to decorate veteran gravesites in our churchyard. Due to Covid, we will not have an inside church ceremony. Instead, Fr. John will say a prayer on Hoopes Court prior to the wreath laying.

Holy Week

A Palm Sunday Rite II Service will be celebrated by Fr. John. It will be posted on our new YouTube Channel* by 10AM Sunday morning. Joel Alarcon will play the violin during the worship service. We will send out a bulletin link that morning so you can follow along.
Monday Evening Prayer with Fr. John posted by 7PM
Wednesday Vespers with Carol Weisel and Linda Gibeck posted by 7PM.
Good Friday Service with Fr. John posted by Noon. Joel will participate.
On Good Friday, we will have Drive thru Stations of the Cross! Walk or Drive through our churchyard and pray at the 14 Stations. We will send out prayers during the week to help with your meditation.
Easter Sunday, Rite II Service celebrated by Fr. John and posted by 10:00AM Easter Sunday. Joel will participate.
