Did you keep your shy or unruly pet at home last year and they weren’t blessed at our Annual Blessing of the Animals?

Last year, many of you showed pictures of your family pets from your cell phones—and asked for a blessing! Those attending were unable to see your beautiful pet’s picture. To solve this, we ask that you send your photo to us in advance—so we can include it in a slide show to be shown on our large screen during our event. In that way, everyone will see your family pet and Fr. John can do a one-time general blessing for all stay-at-home pets.

Please send your favorite photo of your pet; better yet, a photo of you and your pet is encouraged. Also, remember to include your pet’s name. Send photos to Karen Schaeffer or bring to the church by the October 1 ^st deadline.

Our Annual St. Francis Day Blessing of the Animals will be on Sunday, October 7 ^th at bothour 8:00 and 10:00AM services.

You and your family pets are invited to this special service that is held in our Parish Center! Join in this fun tradition and invite your family and friends to attend, too!

At least one time a month, worship while your toddler or infant is watched in our nursery!

Starting on October 14th , we will have nursery care available on the second Sunday of the month in our Parish Center’s nursery.

Jill Holley, a certified caregiver in Safeguarding God’s Children, and mother of six adult children, will supervise and provide exceptional and experienced care, so you can be assured that your infant or toddler will be well-attended while you worship.
