You’re invited to “Whispers of Romantic Dreams,” a captivating viola and piano recital on Saturday, August 17th at 4:00 pm at Saint Mary Anne’s!
Enjoy the rich sounds of the Romantic period with works by Brahms, Wieniawski, Rachmaninoff, and Pixinguinha. Featuring Fabio Dantas, Viola and Guzal Isametdinova, Piano.
Admission is free, and donations to the artists are welcome.
After the performance, join us for a reception featuring delicious Brazilian treats prepared by Fabio. We look forward to sharing this enchanting afternoon with you!
Last Christmas, our Director of Music Joel Alarcon, and our Choir Director Alex Jiheng Bi, created a beautiful Christmas CD featuring their respective violin and piano talent. We quickly sold out but they now have more copies.
We are pleased to announce that we have offered the Director of Music position to Joel Alarcón and he has graciously accepted! Joel’s main responsibilities will be for our Sunday and Holy Day services. We have experienced his incredible talent during this interim period, so we are excited about his future plans for our music program.
