Faith and Recovery Service – Sunday 6PM

Our Faith & Recovery 12-Step Eucharist Service is this Sunday at 6:00PM.
Those in recovery and support groups are encouraged to attend, as well as family and friends. A light supper, in the Parish Center, follows the service. A testimonial, praise music and 12-steps are part of the service.
Let us help strengthen those in recovery with the message of hope, redemption, and God’s grace. Get the word out!

Festive Songs – Thank you

In addition to our own choir, and a solo from Mary Neureither singing “Mary Did You Know?”, the West Nottingham Academy Choir joined us in worship singing during last Sunday’s 10AM Service.
We enjoyed the youth’s festive songs and contributions to the worship service music, along with the contributions of our choir members and musicians.
Many thanks to our Director of Music Joel Alarcon, who also directs the Academy’s Choir; the Academy Choir, the SMA choir and Mary Neureither, Shelly Ray Alarcon, and Alex Bi our Choir Director. Outstanding!

Wreaths across America – Thank you

Wreaths across America: Over 80 wreaths were laid in our churchyard last Saturday following a moving noon time remembrance service. Maj. Gen. Mitchell Kilgo, the senior commander of Aberdeen Proving Ground, was our special guest. Thank you to all those who participated in this memorable service and special thanks to Chris & Amanda Inmon for organizing this year’s event.

Voices of Mary – Thank you

Voices of Mary: Last Sunday we were treated to an Advent presentation about Mary. Her story was represented through scripture and music by different generations of church women.
Many thanks to Andrea Pugh for organizing this biennial event, and those who participated. Our 8:00AM presenters: Nancy Leizear, Donna Harrity, Libby, Kaelyn & Claire Kondracki, Amanda & infant Henry Inmon. Our 10:00AM presenters: Nancy Leizear, Pat Holley, Jill Holley, Holley Bungo, Mackenzie Crawford, Sarah & infant Madyson Mullins.

Christmas Pageant this Sunday 10AM

On December 22nd during the 10:00 Service, the young and young-at-heart will present our Annual Christmas Pageant.
We welcome infants and toddlers with parents, children, teens, and young-at-heart adults, to participate in this lovely tradition.
