Our Annual St. Francis Day Blessing of the Animals will be on Sunday, October 7 th at bothour 8:00 and 10:00AM services.
You and your family pets are invited to this special service that is held in our Parish Center! Join in this fun tradition and invite your family and friends to attend, too!

September Outreach Drive!

The Outreach Office needs donations of:
  • Shampoo
  • Laundry detergent
  • Toilet paper
Your generous donations help local needy families. Our Outreach Office is open Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays from 9:30-12:00PM.
Donne Lewis leads a group of over thirty volunteers who help pick-up, load, and deliver food to our Outreach Office, and then distribute to local families. It is a wonderful operation and she can always use extra volunteers!
Last year they helped 1,207 families and 3,657 individuals, as they distributed 5,992 bags of SMA food and 1,509 bags of federal food!

Nursery Available!

At least one time a month, worship while your toddler or infant is watched in our nursery!
Starting on October 14th , we will have nursery care available on the second Sunday of the month in our Parish Center’s nursery.
Jill Holley, a certified caregiver in Safeguarding God’s Children, and mother of six adult children, will supervise and provide exceptional and experienced care, so you can be assured that your infant or toddler will be well-attended while you worship.

Back 2 School!

  • Sundae Sunday! Come meet your teachers & register for Church School on Sunday, September 23rd at 9:30am . Enjoy ice cream sundaes on Hoopes Court, too!
  • Church School will be held on the 2nd and 4th Sundays at 9:45am to 10:30am in the Parish Center classrooms–beginning September 23rd.

North Elk Coffee House’s September Concert

North Elk Coffee House Concerts will begin on Saturday, September 15th in our Parish Center with veteran folksinger Michael Johnathon.

Doors open at 6:45pm and show starts at 7:30pm. Suggested donation this year is $10 for adults.
