Valerie Manges, Parish Administrator Valerie and her husband Matt are Chesapeake Isle residents. They have a grown son, Alex, who served in the US Army. She was a medical facility manager in Newark, Delaware for over twenty years. In her spare time, Valerie and her family enjoy camping and outdoor activities.
Barbara England, Treasurer Barbara grew up at St. Mary Anne’s and has been a member since 1964 when her parents moved back to North East. She currently lives outside of Elkton with her husband, Bruce. They are the parents of three grown sons and have two granddaughters.
Barbara is retired from AstraZeneca where she was an accountant. She has led the SMA Finance Committee and Youth Group in the past. She is also an active volunteer with JDRF.
Joel Alarcon, Director of Music Joel is our Director of Music and you can read from his impressive resume, that he brings to us a wealth of talent. He is classically trained in the violin, piano, guitar and bass instruments so he brings a unique musical talent to our worship experience. He often incorporates the talents of other musicians to accompany him during worship and it is not unusual for our worship music to include the organ, viola, piano, violin, clarinet, flute and even, the ukulele.
